Having more people on your team is not synonymous with success. Too many team members can be catastrophic to the execution of a vision if the vision does not expand with the increase in members. Things can become very chaotic very quickly! Eventually team members assume other team members are taking responsibility for tasks. The confusion produced results in resentment and is viewed as incompetence in the leadership. If you intend on continuing to grow an organization, business, or ministry the infrastructure must be developed with tasks prepared for new members to get into the game!
