In large part, many of todays ethical and moral issues are a result of poor leadership. Failure doesn’t happen in a moment. A family, a marriage, or a nation doesn’t crumble in a day. Longterm success or failure depends on an incremental change over time that brings about a staggering transformation. The key is for leaders to discourage instant gratification. Leaders make long-term decisions that strengthen themselves and their teams for the larger battle ahead.
